Cosmedica Skincare is a woman owned and operated company whose focus is on clean, approachable, and effective skincare. Each product is specially formulated with the cleanest ingredients that work to help nourish and boost the skin.

As I was the sole designer for Cosmedica Skincare, I executed various digital campaigns, product rollouts, packaging design, website updates, printed inserts, merchandise, as well as marketing strategy for the upcoming campaigns. Within these projects I strived to elevate the brand to exude a modern, fun, engaging, and approachable feel.

Cyber Week 2022

My concept for this campaign was “SKIN IS IN.” This idea consisted of a dreamy, bare, and luxurious aesthetic. I wanted to romanticize the products that help your skin, while pushing the message of loving the skin you’re in. I also utilized highlights and pops of color to attract the viewers eye.

For this campaign I created various collateral consisting of social media graphics, reels, emails, SMS messages, and website banners.

Duo Serum Campaign

For the Niacinamide and Lactic Acid launch, my project manager and I conceptualized the idea of the serums participating in the dating game while our customers would get to choose their “perfect match.”

Throughout the designed collateral I tried to stay true to the 70’s iconography and color palette while keeping a modernized layout system.

Within this campaign I designed various print, social media graphics, email templates, motion graphics, as well as the packaging for the products itself.

Dew Mask Campaign

For this campaign, we were releasing a new product called the Hyaluronic Dew Multi-Mask. The concept for this campaign was to embrace the hydrating effects of the mask. I utilized various water and pool textures as well as sparkles to represent the sun rays hitting the water.

Within this campaign I designed various social media graphics, ads, email collateral, an influencer insert, website banners, as well as the outer packaging of the product itself.

Cooling Eye Edit Campaign

 

For this campaign, we were launching an exclusive kit, The Cooling Eye Edit in Target online and in stores. My concept for this campaign was to use the opposite of “cool” and embrace the sunshine, warmth, and colorful palette used in the packaging. Additionally, I used organic gouache shapes to juxtapose our tool we were promoting to indirectly show a “better option” for the customers skincare regime.

Within this campaign I designed various social media graphics, ads, email collateral, an influencer insert, as well as the outer packaging of the product itself.

Retailer Ads

I created various Target and CVS advertisements for Instagram and Facebook as well as email collateral. Within each promotion, I strived to convey Cosmedica’s branding while staying within the guidelines of the retailers.
