This project required us to choose a story from Einstein's Dreams by Alan Lightman and create a zine based on the interpreted message. We were also required to gather two outside sources (poem, song, article) that related to that message.
The section I chose to utilize of Einstein's Dreams is "27 June 1905." This story talks about a man dwelling on an incident from the past and unable to move forward in time. From this, I chose to use various textures and tears to show the separation and distance from the past to the present. Ultimately, when you feel like you’re stuck in the past, you're unable to be a whole in the present.
